Idle Problem

So I idle, it will sit for a few..then the RPMs will jump up a couple hundred, and drop back down after a few seconds.. wondering what this could be?

Spark plug issue?

IAC. Try cleaning it, or replace it. Also, do you have a voltmeter?

I've got a voltmeter.. where the hell is the IAC at though ;x
