Default Noob here

I just thought I would introduce myself. I apologize for not doing that earlier and just roll in here with questions.

I have a 2004 V6. The only mod I have at the moment are reverse glow gauges but I have a lot of plans for her. I dubbed her "Elle" and here's a few pics:

welcome to the forums. a friend of mine has a 2002 V6 and is putting down some impressive numbers. he pretty much avoided the mods that don't make any HP and went straight for the blower.

Smile Thank You!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. There's a lot of great looking Mustangs on here.

KING: Mostly cosmetic at the moment. I'm thinking of placing aftermarket fog lights, yellow caliper paint, FR500 steering wheel, Halo projector headlights, Bullit pedels, 17" or 18" Bullit rims, stainless steel bumper insterts, windshield decal, etc. I haven't thought much about HP mods yet. I am going to install a CAI and aftermarket exhausts on her though.

I'm with Stephen, white on red might look good. Possibly better than yellow on red, but that's just my opinion.

That's a hard color to find over here. Most of the places I go to have either red, yellow or black paint. Any suggestions (like online) as to where I can find white?

truth at it's best.

I suggest this to almost all mustang owners. im sorry but N/a is somewhat of a joke for mustangs in general.

perfect example is the 05+ GT's. spend thousands N/A to get 350-375rwhp doing everything you can. or for the same money strap a procharger to it and make 450-475rwhp.

if you don't have the money though that is understandable. start with the bolt-ons that make a difference.

-RR's
-T-lock/Gears
-American muscle CAI
-25% UDP

after all these get a hand held tuner.

exhaust will make a difference on a v8, almost nothing at all on a v6 till you flow more air by the things above.

DupliColor maybe? Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen white caliper paint anywhere before.

Nice stang! Love the color.

I currently have yellow calipers on mine lol. Ill be painting them silver or black soon.

But so you can see what yellow looks like on a red stang here you go:

Very Nice Stang man!! Yellow on red looks pretty good. But I value your opinions. I was thinking of either Black, Silver or Yellow. What do you think?

I'm not a fan of bright calipers unless they came like that from where you got them like Brembo's willwoods etc... so for me mine are painted with high temp black paint just so they dont look like crap.
