ya kind of but i need to go over it again cuz i used that engine degreaser and it melted or took off the chrome paint and the chrome paint last up to 500 degrees or 700 so it was the degreaser fault

ohh n we didnt even get hit at all, it was mainly the peeps in galveston and houston that got hit, hopefully all them are ok

I'm gonna be the party popper and tell you there is almost no power to be had with a stock H/C/I 3.8
It does look alot better though.

sorry to say but TB on these cars dont gain anything. Ill say it as many times, because it is true.

now your old one might have not been working properly and when you put the new one on it now does work properly.

I had my stock TB on until i hit 385rwhp and still saw almost no gains even when i put it on there. and i have a 70mm.

ok to answer yalls ? about why i have a cowl induction. It's just for show

and to those peeps that said i didnt really get any gains out of it, just to let u know i will be going to the drag this oct. 18th and ill see if i really did get any gains or anything like that but hopefully i did cuz damn my stang fells different now.

and also ya i could say that my stock throttle body wasnt working too well cuz on the stock one the gas pedal felt a little soft but now that ive install the new one, the gas pedal fells alot stifer. like i dont even have to press the gas pedal that much to take off, unlike the old one i had to press it a little for it to take off

overall im very happy with this mod

its a 3" fiberglass cowl induction hood, i think its lighter than my OE hood and i know it helps cool my engine alot faster. the down side about it is that u will be having numerous of ricers and v8's and v6's wanting to race u. Like about 2 weeks ago i had about 4 cars/truck rev and wanting to race me and i just ignore than and continue on

soo its lighter and it helps cool my engine faster

sum peeps wouldnt get it but other would, its not rice or anything like that so its cool for my, lol

overall i luv this hood and i know u would if u would get it

Personally I just don't like the look of cowl hoods. Unless you need it, to me it's pointless.

Hey question for ya..i have a 95 V6 with 130000 miles on it, if i put the 56 mm throttle body and a BBK cold air intake in my car will it blow the piston through the head? That is what some people iv been talking to have said.

wtf... blow the piston through the head... with a throttle body and an CAI???? you've got to be shitting me. no, it won't do that.

it will however blow out $450 out of your wallet for approximatly 12 rwhp. NOT WORTH IT.

save your money and do a split-port swap. the 94-98 V6 mustangs came with single-port intakes. you buy a set of used split port intakes from a 99-04 V6, and have them lightly ported and put on, you will gain 50 rwhp. total price for that project maybe $500...

hahaha

Personally, with that many miles on your engine I wouldn't go wasting $400-$500 on little gains. I'd save the money for when you need a new engine, then you can spend that money.

He will need the split port heads too just the intakes won't work

you would gain maybe 2-4rwhp with those mods not 12. I would look else where for power mods such as the split port swap like mentioned above.
