wondering if anyone could shoot me some ideas about my car. My problem is when i start my car, it turns over for a sec then shuts right off.....my engine does turn over but she seems to die almost immediately, and it usually takes a good 4 tries to get her to stay turned over.... just wondering if anyone had any ideas. (i also have a new battery that i got last year) incase you were wondering

thanks!

check your fuel filter and fuel pump. fuel could be getting held up somewhere (fuel filter clogged) and it takes a while for enough to get in for it to start.
