Default Mustang Radiator replacement

Just yesturday my dad and I replaced my brothers radiator, 96 v6
not as big of a job as i thought it would be. lots of bolts and washers. Had to take out the battery to access a bolt which kinda sucked but we got it in there and works great so far. Were getting a radiator flush tomorrow as well. Radiator was $149.99 at our local shop. Something i noticed with the battery is that there is the actual battery with the "+" and "-" ends of course but the plastic piece that holds the battery in place had the + and - switched around so the plastic piece had the - in the + on the battery, is that normal or what because the plastic piece only goes on one way but whatever. From start to finish it took about 5 hours. No instructions either, we just unplugged everything basically. It was a leaking radiator-thats why we replaced it-so there was a bunch of fluid that was leaking out, total mess.

just thought i would share
sry no pics

Aybody know where to get an aftermarket radiator to make the engine run at a lower temp...and thus longer life for the engine....? I have looked around and seems that there are no ne for 3.8's.
Anybody seen any?
