What in the hell should i get?????
 

OK yall im still debating on getting 4.10 gears/T-lok or 56mm throttle body "OR MAYBE SUMTHING ELSE". The MAC LT Headers are out of the question because MAC has not made any yet. So in 2 weeks or less i could buy me a new mod but i dont know wat to get. I could get the gears and t-lok but will have to wait for like 2 or 3 months to get them installed (for the reason is that its going to cost 3 bills to get them installed and im already paying like about 357.00 for gears/tlok). The throttle body i could order n install it myself. And no yall i cant just get nitrous MY WIFE SAID NO ABOUT THAT :( i mean i would but cant
I know that the gears n tlok will help improve my acc. but i want sumthing that i could install the same day or even install like about 3 or 4 days later

Or is there anything else under 400.00 that i could get?:rolleyes:

I'd say cams. I'd do something with internals. Anything else is really just farting around on a sixer...

well one of my buddies said to go with an aluminum driveshaft and thats wat im thinking of doing
and my budget is 400 and i want to use it already, lol, i cant hold this money

an aluminum driveshaft is a finish mod, when you do other mods.

bro, seriously, get urself some split port intakes, a cam, and a set of heads and do that!!! you will see sooooo much power from that rather then doing them one at a time. or do gears and a t-lock. just buy them, and then save up another $400 to have them installed!!

well the thing is that i want to just buy a mod n get it install asap or that very same day, i dont want to wait a couple of months to install it. If i were to get the gears n tlok i would save enough money to buy and have them installed and yes the cam is in my price range but to get it installed isnt, and the heads are more than 1g so thats out of pic for now

thing is though anything you throw on now, espaecially what you mentioned will gain you 0 rwhp, and be a waste of money.

gears, heads, cam. are only things worth it to you know.

I COMPLETELY agree. It sucks man, but this hobby isn't cheap. You won't gain anything worth mentioning if you just put a throttle body or driveshaft on your car. You need to just put that money in a savings account until you're ready. Trust me, by the time you start adding up all the money you spend on smaller parts, you could have bought something bigger and be faster than you are now. Or what about suspension mods? Aftermarket shocks/struts is another direction you could go and be able to tell a difference immediately. And keep in mind all this is just my 2 cents and probably worth less than that. :D

yes i plan on getting the H&R Race Springs, KYB AGX Sport Adjustable Front Struts,
KYB AGX Sport Adjustable Rear Shocks, soon

but the thing is that i want to just get rid of the few bolt ons i have left (56mm throttle body, LT Headers etc..) n then after all that ill be moving onto the heads, cams, etc...

and after i finish with the bolt ons i want to get the gears n tlok
then the aftermarket springs n shocks/struts
after that comes the heads
then cam
then 24lbs injectors n the other shit that is needed for the injectors (like bigger fuel pump etc..)

The driveshaft,fuel pump, injectors, and TB are a waste of money on your car; spend your money on something that will actully make it faster. Either save and get the gears t-lok or save ad a get a used blower would be what I would do since your wife supposibly says no nitrous.

you'll need to re-install the snorkle to feed that new throttle body
