So, I was reading another forum..

They were talking about Tloks only being good up to like..250 horsepower..

After that its good to invest in a Detriot or an Auburn

Any truth to that?

 

detriot and auburn are just different manufactures of Tlocks/posi. Just like ford manufactures one. Not really sure which is the best, but honestly for the power you have now, unless you get well into some motor/boost work and plan on launching the car on some super sticky tires I imagine any brand will be fine.

 

I say just go ahead and get an 8.8 rear end.

See thats what I was thinking too.. but the nitrous is already in progress, waiting on it to get in, actually.

And by June of next year hopefully the procharger will be in the works..
