Default steeda cat back dual exaust kit

I bought the one from the site.. Will I need to do any tuning once its installed or will everything run the same... does anyone have this steeda model? interested in knowing if it sounds/runs good.

IM assuming you have a 94-04 mustang then by the catback choice. You need no tuning with a catback on our cars.

your going with an x-pipe of a 6'er? lol. they dont do anything really. also, i just got my catback ran from the cats straight back w/no crossover. sounds pretty decent.
you dont need to do anything after its on.

Yeah i made a mistake typing i fixed it. Its not an Xpipe its a bolt on dual setup from the single to a y which makes a fake dual setup out the back.

Default want to switch to dual exhaust

Need everyone's help, I want to switch my 2003 V-6 mustang conv to dual exhaust. Have been looking at american muscle at the Magna Flow, Steeda and the Pypes systems. What is going to give me the most horsepower and sound?? Thanks

stay away from Pypes they don't sound good at all. your not going to see much of a hp gain, if your looking for a good deep sound i would go with mac.

but its your car so go on youtube and look up exhoust for your mustang and see what you think sound the best and then get that.

is the mac system here a good Y pipe system (i want something in decent price but overall good sound, more concerned about sound than hp as i know it wont add much to a v6) http://www.macperformance.com/store/...ategory_ID=470. i was looking at the top two, more so the 3 inch tips?

Here is a vid of a car that has that exhaust. He is a member here mustangvsix: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNhVu...eature=related thats the y-pipe adapter which the 2nd item on the MAC website you posted. If your not planning on adding a power adder that will be fine leaving the Y pipe. It's not real loud but anything will sound better to you than stock.

EDIT: if you get that one you will not need that adapter you have been talking about all you need is the catback and it will bolt on
