Default from handling - to everything

I might buy my friend's V6 2002 mustang, the thing is i want a car that can handle very well and something thats not just for drag racing but i want to be able to turn corners at higher speeds with out spinning out or losing control. would i be able to make the mustang handle something like a circuit car while staying in a price range of 10g just for the handling? i also have another question, the V6 is a semi-positraction car and i want to make it positraction so both tires can spin instead of just 1. would this be possible? and for how much money? if i can't get the mustang handling nice what car would you suggest? i am open to everything thanks!

the 99+ v6 is actually a great handling car. weighs 3200 pounds and has the same breaks as a GT mustang.

get T-lock and gears out of an explorer. i bleieve it has 3.73's. i think that's what i did. that way both tires will spin.

It wouldnt take much money in the suspension to get it handling nice. mine handles awsome and i only have lower control arms and C-springs.

throw some bolt-ons on that thing and hit 190rwhp and you will do well.
