Default 94 v6

found a 94 v6 automatic with 103k miles, blown head gasket, the guy wants 800 bux for it..id just be buyin it to fix and drive through the winter then sell in the spring. you guys think thats a good deal?, also my fear is that rather than a blown head gasket it might be a cracked block anyone know of a good way to tell which one it is? the guy says its a head gasket but i doubt he actually had it checked.

i guess i shouldnt have added that i was planning on it being a winter car...my plan is mostly to buy it to fix and sell for profit, but if i can fix it and drive it for a few months to keep myself outa my 99 gt in the winter that would be a plus..but it is not my primary goal to make it a winter car..if that was what i wanted i could get somthing more suited for snow..

p.s. salt is my fear not so much driving in the snow...
