Default Few Exhaust Qs hrhr

ok, so i'm looking at getting headers, keep springing leaks in mine, its getting old.

But I see MAC for like..200 bucks and then I see JBA for ...400 or so..

Is there a power difference? Anything that improves if I go with JBA?

Are both C.A.R.B. Legal?

Also, I'm thinking about tossing out my Flows, they are 40s, I think I want to go with MagnaPacks, but I'm really unsure on which ones are the MagnaPacks for my 02 V6.

Any answers?

If you are looking at shorty headers, then don't waste your money. Just grab another set of headers from a junkyard as yours are fine until 300hp. Mac LT's are not carb legal, and I'm unsure of their shorty headers and JBA headers.

There will be little/no power difference with the headers if you go with shorty's as LT's are really needed if you are wanting to get more power. However, you don't really need LT's until you hit 300hp or are running a poweradder of some sort.

Not really looking for power adding, I keep springing an exhaust leak around the headers, so I was hoping that aftermarket headers would help that situation out, and maybe help add a little sound to the car.

JBA sorta threw me off telling me "you get more power, improve gas mileage" ect.
