Actually the main reason Bakersfield's air sucks so bad is the methane from the slightly more northern farm land...

SnTBakosFinest 05-08-2007 10:10 PM

just adds to it.theres farm land surrounding bakersfield..

And as crystal clean as you might think SD air is trust me it isn't and if it is that much cleaner I seriously doubt it's a huge difference and most of that can be attributed to new smog regulations, industrial regulations and the like all of which CARB oversees. They don't just deal with car stuff.

I was just ASSUMEing u were from there. well for air it depends. I live at the beach and the offshore flow helps alot with getting rid of horrible air. But I do live on the I five and that dosent help.

don't get an adapter. just have a muffler shop cut off your Y-pipe and run straight pipes from each header. the 6 doesn't need a crossover.

Redrum 05-10-2007 06:47 PM

but i want to buy MAC Catback with Stainless 3" Tips

which is cheaper

if you want the Mac then get the mac. I have the mac y-pipe with 3'' tips and i love it. Sounds good, has nice lookin' tips, and maybe a few ponies up top. Overall a good system that you can put in without any special tools.

Redrum 05-10-2007 06:56 PM

ok then i think i'm going with MAC Catback with Stainless 3" Tips
