Default Where can I get parts for the older 3.8L?

I have a 1983 Mustang LX with the carburated 3.8L V6 and an automatic. I'm wondering where I can get parts fot this engine, stock or performance.

It's not running right now as the engine stops turning at one spot. zi hsve not opened it up yet to see what is wrong as I'm not sure I can get the parts to put it back together.

Any ideas or is this one going to be cheaper and easier to drop a V8 in to replace the V6.

Tom Morana makes carberated intake manifolds for the 3.8 so he may be able to help you out . .

Thanks for the ideas guys, I'm going to tear into the engine to see if it's an easy fix or a rebuild. If it's rebuild time, I think I'll go with the V8 just because it will be cheaper in the long run and easier to find parts.

I'm hoping it's an easy fix as I want to get it on the road bad, if not then it's time to hit Craig's list.
