Default How to?

Hey again. Ok my water pump on my 95 v6 3.8 Mustang went out. Water was fizzin around it and pouring water out from underneth my car. I bought a new one. I took out all that needs to be taken out to get to the water pump. But I ran into a problem. How do I get the heater hose out of the old water pump so I can remove the old water pump? I tried to use a screw driver and pry underneth it, but maybe there is a simpler way. And one more thing I used a allen wrench to try to take the pulley off underneth the alternator so i can take the metal braket off the water pump also. Thanks. Jesse
