ok so this is a borla but it say steeda, so my question is what is steeda besides a brand. the system is a borla why is it a steeda. srry hope some one undertood me.

Borla is the manufacturer. This is a Steeda exhaust made buy Borla to their specifications. Just like if you went to Borla and wanted to make your own exhaust.

Steeda is a tuner company of sorts. They make race-ready Mustangs. You can also buy a Steeda Mustang brand new from certain Ford dealers with a warranty. Just like Saleen.

I am not sure if Steeda actually makes their own parts but they have a bunch of items with their name on it.

 

they make most of their stuff, but its copied from others. They do a lot of in-house CNC machining as well. I know their exhaust is borla like you mentioned. I know their springs are ford c springs. Their bumpsteer kit is the same as UPR and BAER so someones gotta be copying someone.

 

btw.. I have the Steeda exhaust and I love it, though it is extremely expensive, I get so many compliments on the sound. I dunno how different it is for a v6 though

 

well the reason why i asked all this is b/c if i buy the borla brand system for the v6 it ranges from 700 to 1000 bucks but the steeda system which is a borla is only 600 so i was trying to make a compromise
