Default problems starting

my 95 v6 mustang i having problems starting in the morning. the car will start, then the rpms will drop really low causing the car to shake alot, then it will cut out. then i try to start it again two seconds later and its fine. i thought it might have something to do with the remote start i had installed but it does the same thing if i crank it with the key too. any ideas? (fuel filter has been recently changed, so thats not the problem)

Try looking at your spark plugs or spark plug wires. I had the same problem a few months ago and one of my spark plug wires was burnt up causing one of the cylinders not to fire and you get that excessive shaking. If not it could also be a bad injector which you really don't want to get into.

We'll see if one of your injectors isn't working properly or at all. If it's not working at all than you'll have the same effect as no spark plug because your cylinder won't fire.

Well if your check engine light isn't on then it isn't throwing a code. If it is on then go to a shop and they'll be able to tell you what it is. If the light isn't on I'd take it to a shop anyhow and have them take a look around.
