Default New to the forums...

Hey everyone, I'm new to these forums, but have been all over the others. I just wanted to drop in and see what was going on here.

I can't believe I hadn't found this place before! Any of you in the Colorado Springs area?

Not really sure yet. I do know I want to do some suspension work. Mainly LCAs and panhard bar.

Eventually, I may want to add a 55-shot of nitrous, but am still debating that.

2-3 year down the road, I'll look into forged pistons, ported heads and a new cam. That's a while down the road, though....

As far as pictures go, you can go to cabuzzi.com and click on the "Forums" link in the top menu. From there, go to "Auto Stuff" and you'll find various pictures.

I'll work on moving some of them over to here....

Thanks for the warm welcome.

Yup, so far, I've suprised and M3, WRX, GT (05 or 06, couldn't tell), and a 300Z.

Nothing but taillights. I still have some tune issues, however. I'm working with Mile High Dyno in Denver to get it perfected. Every once in a while I trip the "limp home mode" wrench and have to restart the car.

Damn, this is starting to sound like my computer. Windows crashes, restart, everything's fine.

...other than that, this thing is amazing.

As far as exterior plans go... I don't have much planned. I do have a set of Pony emblems to put on (the older, larger ones), as well as a 4.0L emblem for the back. I want everyone to know this is a six!

Not sure about that, but if you have a link to the article (unless it was in print), I'd love to read it.

There's a guy (scrming on The Mustang Source Forums) that has his V6 running 13.3 with a 125 shot of nitrous, 4.10s, and drag radials....

I was guna say, cuz 4.10's 100 shot, and an Auto can make it 13.5, you'd think with the rest of the bolt on's u'd be able to run a lil better...

and thats for 99-04, i'd assume it's easier for the 05-06's...

His is an 05. I've seen N/A numbers anywhere from 14.5 to 15.5. I didn't think 13.3 was bad for minor bolt-ons and nitrous.

He also has some sort of underdrive pulley... I think the alternator one.

Well I didn't say it was terrible either, just that he may have more to be had with that set up, cuz 100 shot and the 20 hp difference between the old and new cars, i'd figure with 50hp more or less he'd be able to pull a little better time...

LoL, it's just hope...if one person can pull it off, then hey that give the rest of us power!...

I like the specs flapjack . . . that supercharger would run in an 06 v6 right? I want to add some modifications to my V6 but unfortunately I live in california and have less options due to the emissions regulations.

It's worth it. Especially when you consider all the other things people do to their cars (tires, suspension, etc...) often add up to nearly the same amount.
