Mustang Tire/Wheel Question
I've got a 2000 V6 and I want to put 17x9 Bullitt wheels and 265 tires front and back. Will they fit up front without rubbing? Is a 265 big enough for a 9" wide wheel?

You could go up to 275. If it doesn't rub on the V8's then it shouldn't rub on a V6.

265's are fine but 275/40/17's would be better.

I've got a 02 V6 and 275/40/17's. Also have the Eibach Pro kit .. lowering it ~1.25" or so... no issues what so ever. You should be fine. |
