I have never ran them. The only experience I can offer is that I've seen a 650rwhp GT500 autocross on them, also a Viper and both did pretty well.

ok.sweet. would running 275 in front be to much since my front ones are the ones that need change. so what i wanted to do was put the 275 in front and get the 295 for the back

275/??/18 is too wide for the front. 255/??/18 I think is the right size for the front.

I'm running 275's on mine with a +24mm offset so i think yours with the same offset being a younger model is too much. 255 is what I always see at the track for anything pre-05

the more i look at my tire set up i think the 275/40 is too wide on a 9" rim...the sidewall just doesnt match the rear. my next tire set up will be a 265/40 if i can find one if not a stretched 255....this is of course for a 17" rim. i dont know much about different sizes for a 18" rim.

Sumitomo/Nexen/Nitto 255's look perfect on a 9" wheel.. That's what I'm going to go with.

Actually believe it or not, Nexen 275's are like 11.15" wide.. That is unbelievable that there is that much of a difference between brands..

If I were to go back in time, I'd put 245's on the front 9" rim, and keep the 275's out back.

I have 275's all the way around now. Goodyear Eagle F1 muhfuckee.
