Tire Opinions
I was thinking of getting the same tires, because I love em, but it's the only tires I've ever had. I'm looking for all year round tires, but also racing tires. Besides snow, because I wont drive in the snow no matter what.
I currently have Toyo Proxes 4
245/45ZR17 99WW all 4 tires I believe and I think they're 10.5
That explains why my front tires hit.
Question: What are good type of tires?
Question: What type of Toyo Tires are the better type? I was told the Toyo Proxes 4 are the best.
Thank you!

You should look into Nitto. The 555's come in almost every known size but if you can get the INVO's you should. The INVO has the same performance as the 555's but better sound/comfort and they aren't directional so you can rotate them if you have staggered rims.
I am a Nitto fan, I have no experience with Toyo so I can't help you there

Well the paperwork that came with the car for the rims and tires are off or they were replaced, I don't know exactly. but I do know they're all the same size and everything. I'm pretty sure they're all 17x10.5 and yes they're Cobra R rims, 1995 model I believe.

These pictures were taken from my phone, sorry if they're shitty.

But how do I find out what size my rims are? They look bigger then 8 and 9. God I wish Les Swab would do there paperwork right or the previous owner have the rest of the paperwork.

I can't measure it right, it's either I'm dumb or complicated. Would be easier if I had the tire off the rim. Anyways I measured the top of the tire, from the thread line/*** to the other *** is like 9.5 inches.
When I tried to measure the rim it said like 10inches, but either way they're not size 8 rims.
Found the PaperWork and this is exactly what it says.
245/45ZR-17 99W Proxes 4 All Seasons Blackwall
275/40ZR-17 Proxes 4 All Seasons Blackwall
Chrome Valve Stem
17x9 5-4.5 Cobra Topline Type C30/C32 Chrome
Medium Offset
17.10.5 5-4.5 Topline Type C30/C32 Chrome
Medium Offset
Wheel Spin Balance
Sales Tax $134.06
Tire Tax $4.00
Total $1,772.96
I found some pictures I took of my Mustang before I started painting and doing touch up to the body. This is how I got the car, I didn't do this ****, besides getting the rims Powder Coated Gloss Black from Chipping Chrome. I actually found A LOT of pictures.

My 245's are flush with the wheel on the front, so it looks like you have 17x9 wheels all the way around. If the rears are wearing 245's just like the fronts no way in hell that they are 17x10.5 wheels.

Yeah that's what I'm saying, something happened or they fucked up on the paperwork. I thought mine were big, geez 10.5 are going to be bigger. I can't wait to get new rims then. haha
Thanks guys, now I just need to find some good tires for racing, all season long.

I thought/think they're 10.5 because when I tried to measure them they were bigger 9 and well I swear it says 10.5. But it's hard without the tire off the rim and off my car.
I already know 9 in front and 10.5 in the rear, but like I said this is how I got the car. The paperwork is either wrong or the guy had some stuff replaced.
Unless you're saying you can't put 10.5 in front period, then you're wrong because my friend has done it on her GT Mustang.

Please tell me your joking... Yea that's what I'm saying. Your friend is a complete idiot and should have her car taken away and blown up with dynamite haha. Does her car turn or just move in straight lines because I'd love to see how she got around the struts, a-arms, breaks. A 10.5 rim cannot be in the front period for the car to maneuver properly
