Default 8's vs 9's

Im debating on what size i should get for the fronts of my 03. What are the pro's and cons of either size, and opinions

It doesn't really matter. I'd go with 9's and just throw your 245 front tires on them. If you drag race every once in awhile you could just go with 8's if your worried about the slight weight difference.

Are you getting aftermarket wheels?

whats going to be the difference between the 245 45 17's and the 275 40 17's besides price?

The 275 would be a little bit better fir for 9" rims, they are 30mm wider and would provide for a bigger contact patch. I think 245 tires would be a little stretched on 9" rims.

Dude go 18x9 or x10 trust me, i bought the 17x8 and i really wish i had bought the 18s, atleast buy 18s for the back.

i love the 17 front and 18 back

but the 8 or 9'' wide wheel is basicaly personal preforance

Really? i figured 9 or10 is better because wider patch for grip.

well it is a better patch but if its no more than a daily its not anything to really consider
