Default Help me decide!

Help me decide whether or not to get Bullitts or Cobra 2003's. What do you think looks better on the Atlantic Blue? To help you vote here are two pictures:

Saleens.......

Umm, if only given those two choices though... It really depends on the finish. Chrome? Black?..

Chrome Cobras...

You would definitely need to get DD's though for it to look good... http://www.cruizinconceptswholesale....ts.asp?cat=310

I don't know, the DD 03's don't look all that great, but I wouldn't put anthracite bullitts on anything. meh, two kind of bland options really.

Well let me pose this question to you also. I could get 4 17x8 anthracite bullitts for $400 with 2 tires included. Or $640 for the cobras plus the tires. I personally like the cobras better so I might just fork out the extra money. Do cobras hold their resale value better than bullitts?

Chrome Cobras are nice. Too plain and boring for my personal taste though.

That's a tough question.. I guess it kind of depends on how you decide to go with the Deep Dish option on the Cobra's.. Neither will really "hold" their value, because wheels just don't hold value, once they are on the car expect to lose money if you try to sell them.

Bullitts are on every Mustang known to man, new/old, OEM, aftermarket etc.. So I think that the Bullitts would probably not keep their value like the Cobra's would, but that is all in the eye of the beholder I guess.

Also, are the Bullitts you're looking at DD's or OEM wheels?..

Ok I wont go with those bullitts then. How do you think Alloy 2003 Cobras would look on Atlantic Blue? They look good on this car:
http://www.3.8mustang.com/forum/showthread.php?t=226210
but I'm not sure if they would be good on blue.

I actually prefer that finish on the Cobra's. The chrome has always seemed a little too blingy to me.

Yeah I am actually leaning toward the alloy now. Is this the same wheel as what the red mustang has on his car? http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...6603&rc=ORPINT

Those would definitely look better than the chrome, especially on AB. You definitely need to find a 17x10 or 10.5" for the rears because the back spacing of the 17x9's look odd on the new edge cars. The only other way to fix that would be to get spacers, but it would probably be better in the long run just to get the bigger rim/tire.

I personally dislike both of the choices but would definately go with the bullits if I needed to choose, those cobras just seem, as someone else said, too plain and boring

They both look great, but if it was me I'd go with the Cobra 2003's. I think the Cobra's are just less known, Bullitt wheels are every wheres. Plus the Cobra's look cool when your pulling out of somewhere, I don't know what it is but I think you notice the wheels more when the are turning. Something about the shape of them to me is more noticeable.

I say FR500's. cause everyone knows they look the best on the new edge. they fit with the sharp angles of the car.
