yeah thats what i was thinking, it confused me so i just replied with what i thought he wanted to know
actually he may be thinking of a bike tire. you know bicyles have the tube that goes inside the tire. I dont think he realizes that car tires dont have tubes.

if you put a hole in the tire, you get a flat.
EDIT: AM does mount and balance them, I assume they are filled to specs, befor eputting them on use a pressure gauge and make sure the pressure matchs what is on the tire.
if they donty have air in them, depress the pin inside the tab with your tounge and blow real hard untill they are filled

ok lets see if i can make these as easy as possible for you.
the tire goes around the rim, forms an airtight seal then you inflate the tire. the only way air can get out of the tire is if the tire is puncturared.

OK....I am going to assume your are serious....which is, in fact, fine. To be honest, My wife and my brother (who happens to be a doctor), probably would ask the same question.
So, here is the best advice I can give you.
The tire, is the rubber part that goes on the wheel, or better known as the rim. There is no inner tube. When the tire is placed on the rim, it is filled with air. The pressure pushes the tire and forms a bead between the rubber and the rim. This keep the air in the tire.
When you order a tire and rim package, the tires are already mounted and spin ballanced so they don't vibrate (lesson for another day). They are filled with air.
The old tires/rims are then removed from the car and replaced with the new ones. Then, then the air needs to be checked.
If I were you, I would have them installed by shop or a friend who can at least assist you and who has knowledge. Replacing a wheel is about as easy as it gets, but dick it up, and the wheel could actually fall off the car.

lol... the tire wraps around the rim tight enough to cause an airtight seal.
if you put a hole in the tire, you get a flat.

based on your questions v6power, I would suggest you have help removing and installing your wheels. its not as simple as you might think. also, people have died changing their wheels...remember you will be lifting a few thousand pounds off the ground to complete the task.
