Default tire pressure...
i recently put on a new set of tires and noticed that they came with about 42 psi in each tire...just wondering what the recommended tire pressure was for the v6 stang...i think its like 35 but im not positive?

Depends on the tire, check the sidewall for psi

actually the sidewall of the tire will tell you the max pressure you can safely run in the tire. On many cars there is a sticker on the door jam...or near it that tells the manufacturer's recommended psi settings for the specific vehicle.

how much for 315 sumis, i have run 35psi but i'm noticing a little for wear in the center so i might drop it down to 30

yup, my Sumi's are doing the same thing...I lowered them to 30 also.

just wondering why they come aired up to about 42-43 psi when first bought?
