Default Sumitomo HTR Z II....

I kno you get what you pay for, and these are in my price range

Will the 275/40WR17 Sumitomo HTR Z II, fit on my stock rims?

if not, the next size down for that tire is 255/40WR17...

oh i wasnt...lol i just need a new tire...so i figured id get 2 275's and put on rear for now, then when i get cash, just get the 315s or w/e in that brand and then put those on back and bring the 275s upfront?

or that wont work? but off course ill have new rims also, i kno 315s wont fit...lol

but i cant find the HTR Z II in 315's on tirerack....any other site?

We carry these tires, have you taken a look at our site?

Is our price not good enough? We have built in the mounting a balancing fee, plus the shipping cost, into each tire price. If you compare our price against Tirerack + shipping, we are probably in the same ballpark. Let us know how you come out with your decision, if I'm losing sales by not being comeptitive enough, I might lower that tire price and then charge a $5 or $10 mounting fee.

Email me and let me know your thoughts. cfrancy@xoxide.com

I have summitomo on my black bullits. I have 315 on the rear, and I got them from Tirerack, so they do carry them. I paid $88 for the 275's, and $108 for the 315's. Remember the size for the 315's is 315/35/17, not 315/40/17. The second number is a precentage of the tread width of the tire. To keep your speedo calibrated, When you get the 275's, you drop 5% and you drop 10% when you get 315's.

275 40s wil mount on an 8" wheel, but you'll be cheating yourself out of at least 1.5" of tread because the rim won't allow a full footprint. Cough up the 3 1/2 bills for some 17X9s and get the max foot print.

You bought 275's for your 17x8 rim? They'll fit if that's the case. I have the same setup. ^
