Default Omg!

so i took my stang to my local BIG O to get an alignment and rotate the tires. so everything was fine until i had the car for about a week and noticed some sound coming from my back left tire. so i jacked up the left side and i grabbed the tire and it had about 2'' of movement. so i took off the tire and low and behold.... they didnt tighten 4 out of 5 lug nuts on my wheel spacer. i was so pissed! when i called the manager right after i found this out he was telling me to come in and we"ll take a look at it, i was like hell no, i dont want any of you touching my car again. i think from now on im not gonna let anyone else touch my car. come on, is it that hard to tighten down lug nuts? i mean they have an air wrench for crying out loud, they dont even use a torque wrench like they should, those bastards. sorry for being so long but i had to tell som1 about this.

I would have let the manager look but not touch probably could have gotten something out of it as an apology....or you can go to higher management about it after the manager acknoledges they f***** up

This misstake is more common then you would think.

I have a friend who is a store manager for WalMart. A few years ago one of their customers lost a wheel on the way way home from getting tires installed by them. An entire family was killed. The store manager was fired and my friend took over after the incident, but got to see all the results of it.

Oil change places are notorious for stuff like this too.

same thing happened with my brothers truck, we heard a noise coming from the front end so we jacked it up and the wheel was loose as hell.

that happened to my girlfriends siter a couple weeks ago, on her way home from getting new tires put on her front passenger tire was wobbling like crazy and some guy flagged her down to tell her the tire looked like it was gonna fall off. sure enough, not one lug nut was tightened properly.

something like happend to me back in october when i had to get tires put on my car. when i left and got on the freeway my hood started to go up and down good thing for the safty lock. those fuggers wouldnt give me any money back or fire the kids that changed my tires. they shouldnt have gone under my hood to look at the supercharger without my permission. if the lock didnt catch a lot of damage could of happend.

Yea, they are very good. The two stores near me make us come back 30 miles and then 100 miles after new tires/rims/whatever

You guys are scaring me. I just got new rims and tires the other day and when I corner I can feel the tires wobble just a bit. Think I'll take a look at that.....
