Tokico HP struts...

Pros/cons? My coil overs somehow got jacked and I think they messed up my MM C/C plates along with the struts...I will need a new set of struts and some new C/C plates. I found a set of tokico hp struts at a good deal. Will they work good? I don't need anything expensive and wanted to get some opinions..

There are the ones I found..

They are the same as the mach ones and same ones I have. They are ok but Ill would get something better if you can afford it but they are better than stock.

If you have Maximum Motorsports C/C plates I believe they will replace them at no charge. Theres a lifetime warranty i believe.

I wish I could. I was saving up some money to pay my big CC bill along with $2200 dollars left that I owe for this semesters tuition. I was going to use my income tax return to buy me a nice 9mm to do some practice shooting for a big competition I have in april..:(

I have the hp's (the kit where the struts are for fox's) with steeda sport springs. Ride is great, I couldn't tell much difference between stock but the springs aren't much stiffer than stock either. I paid $275 new so it seems like a good deal with the free shipping.

Its something on top, where the coil spring meets the strut tower. My mechanic is checking it out tomorrow, but he said he doubts anything would be wrong with the c/c plates. Somewhow, they ajustment on the coil overs got messed up and the strut along with the spring bottomed out. My car is extremely low and and I didn't even notice it because it wasn't much of difference between the adjust it was set to and when it bottomed out. I'm not sure if this makes any sense. Through the gaps on the C/C plates where they use to move things around when they are aligning the car, I can see metal chips. I hope its not too serious...:(
