Default Replacing rear control arm bushings?

OK, in another thread, that I started...., I believe r3dn3ck told me not to replace my rear control arms bushings, with urethane. Alright, on MM's website, I found the upper control arm rubber bushings, but I can't seem to find any lower control arm rubber bushings? Should I replace the lowers with urthane then? Also, when I replace the uppers, do I need to put rubber on both ends of the arm? If that makes any sense at all?

If you replace the bushings on the lower control arms w/ poly pieces, make sure you only replace one side with them other wise binding will occur. A better bet would be to get aftermarket pieces from MM or Global West. Also, Global West has a service where they take your stock arms and put poly bushings on one end and spherical on the other. More info at globalwest.net.
As for the uppers, stick w/ rubber or you can get new pieces from FRPP.
