Default H&R Lowering Springs

I want to get he H&R lowering spings for my 03 GT ( 1.5" Drop ) If i lower my car will my rear axel hit my Exhaust everytime i hit a bump or will it be fine?

It will be fine.You might have to readjust your CB but besides that everything will be fine.

I have Eibach's which have the same drop. Your only issues will be certain driveways that have a steep entrance/exit ramp (usually I don't encounter those situations). However, I did have a case when it was rubbing after I put my Flowmaster kit on but that was my fault for not double checking the clearances of the tail pipes.

I never had any trouble with the exhaust and the rear axle, it was always my LTs and the speed bumps that gave me trouble. If you go slow enough, you won't scratch anything... LOVED my H&Rs
