Default Add a new Roush Front Splitter to your 2013 Mustang

The Roush Front Splitter for 2013 Mustangs adds race inspired styling and performance to any Mustang, making it the perfect addition for Gotta Have It Street!

While Gotta Have It Street isn’t our race car, the reduced drag and increased downforce provided by the Roush Front Splitter, plus the style it offers, is a perfect compromise for a street car that makes the occasional run down the track. The Roush Front Splitter also helps improve the car’s aerodynamics by improving the transition between the high-velocity airflow underneath your Mustang and the much slower freestream airflow of the ambient atmosphere. The front splitter works by providing a space for the underbody airflow to decelerate and expand so that it does not cause excessive flow separation and drag, which can be helpful no matter what the purpose of your 2013 V6/GT/Boss 302 Mustang.

Today, Bill shows you how this installation went on Gotta Have It Street. It will take a several hours, and does require some modifications to the factory splitter, as it becomes the base for the new Roush splitter. It is, however, a very straightforward process using the detailed factory instructions, and you should be back on the road in no time, with a more efficient and much nicer looking 2013 Mustang!
