I agree, but driving that 04 cobra to work everyday will make it worth it

 

Well it is true that most rednecks aren't in school. JK man haha.

I hate school too. When you are young you CAN'T wait to graduate and then you are right back in college. I graduated in 97' and went straight to college. I wasted some time with classes I didn't need thanks to a counselor. 3 yrs later I finally had my first degree in Graphic Design. During highschool and college I worked at Wal-Mart (4 1/2 yrs). After my Graphic Design was done, I got a real job. I didn't start out doing what I am now but it was still a great job. I did a lot of work with aerial photography and did surveying. I eventually got the Graphic Designer position here along with my own office..8 windows on the corner looking out at the golf course. Would I have been able to have this job at 22 without college? NO! 2 yrs after my design degree I decided to go back for my Business Degree. My boss said she would pay for my school since it was work related. I finished my degree last semester and got a nice raise and will continue on in the Fall for more to do with my Business plans and eventually have a Masters in Business Administration. Trust me man it IS worth it. And if for some reason something happens to the company and I need a new job..it is much easier to find a job again with an education and be in the situation where you can actually negatiate a pay rate instead of having to settle for minimum wage.

 

people who drop out of school always end up with crap jobs. Even if their jobs make good money, it's always as a manager somewhere working horrid hours. However, after graduating college, most people get job mon thru fri working from morn til evening, and get time to spend with their families. Not only that but there's only so high you can climb as a manager and whatnot. Even if you make $10/hr out of high scool, its great for when you live with your parents, but try and live on your own or better yet, with a wife and kids....THAT is when college really pays off

Na dude, enjoy school while you can cause it's much better than the real world. I hated life after I graduated from college cause I just wanted to have fun every night and party....then work came. booooooo

 

Yeah stick it out. Only reason I hate college is the fact you have to get a 75 to pass a class (over here). Its fuggin stupid. Jus stick it out for now, then become a kick *** beer tester.

 

Yeah I am fed up with school for sure. And Greg you're doing tough stuff like me. ME is driving me crazy. What classes you taking right now?

 

I go to SUNY Binghamton. It's the best program for the money for me. It sucks though.

I'm taking mechanics of deformable bodies, calc3, engineering computing, and electrical circuits right now. Ugh. I hate circuits. And I always used to try and make my fridays light days class wise. Not this semester...class from 9:40 til 6 with a few short breaks. I just hate being done that late.
