not quite. Repenting is turning away, or atleast making an effort to turn away, from your sin. If you kill someone, and hear the gospel and are saved, and are truly sorry for killing someone, God will most definitely forgive you. But He also knows your heart and can tell if you are serious about it or not.
Since christianity is a lifestlye, everyone is going to mess up, that's a fact(if anyone could be perfect, we wouldn't need Jesus), but it's making the effort to not do it again that pleases God.

EVERYONE screws up, I totally agree with that. I don't feed on christians or anyone else messing up, but I will be quick to point it out if your preaching to others about right and wrong. In my opinion people should practice what they preach, and if you can't do that then don't preach! Carry on...ha ha

You Danny, are a person of very little character and low morals who hides behind religion. There was an infinate way you could have done this, there were so many things you could have said.
You could have said "I dont see the big deal, she is not my type and neither is her car"

1) I'm not here to impress any of you. You "not liking me anymore" does nothing to my self-esteem
2) I have nothing against any of you. I spoke my opinion and since the majority disagrees, I got hell for it
3) I will not apologize for giving my opinion. I started with "It's a pretty ugly car" and a couple people attacked my sexuality(how that happened...no clue) then I proceeded to say "and the owner isn't all that hot either" and it exploded into me being a sinning, hypocritical christian who makes other christians look bad as I try to defend myself and I've "lost face" and am now thought of as a different person, just because I personally don't think she or her car is attractive(for other commentary, see: #5). I will however, apologize for being a dick. Stanggurl, I'm sorry for being a dick.

and im not even going to get into the religious debate there....thats a mouthful for me to do, and my views would blow most of the Christian faith away (I.E. Where is your scientific proof that the Jews were even in Egypt, not to mention in the desert wandering around for 40 years when there has been no archeological proof found to actually account for this).
Anywho, thats my two cents. Carry on.
