I'd love to go do that. I live maybe 10 miles from bandimere.
But i'd have a pretty hard time passing off as a highschooler.
so maybe i cant go race with ya, but my insurance is cheaper and i can buy beer legally at any freakin establishment i want.
so there.
damn whipper-snappers

PMI (in Pueblo) is also having there last Wed. Nite Drags 09/07/05 you can get easily 10 runs in compared to Bandimere and its only $10.00 vs $30 or so bucks to run + the 70 mile trip. I went last week and ran 12 times and sat the rest of the night just checkin out the rest of the cars.

Just cause there aint no oxygen up here doesent make racing any less exciting. Everyone has the same disadvantage. You guys talk about 10 second cars at sea level, we talk about 12's.
Here is a better question, who the hell would want to live in luisiana or florida when all you have is volvo's and houses being thrown around in the wind?

just glad i dipped into the 15s, now i need more power!
best reaction tme was .200 not bad times for a 97 Gt first-timer
Springs you should have been there, i pitted next to 2 03 Cobras, both low 12's (in CO speak)
it was awesome
but elevation sucks big time, cause when you post these times they SUCK compared to others, but hey elevation, you try racing at 5600 ft on a 90* day

he ran 15 flat today but was braking so he wouldn't break out, i'd put him somewhere in high 14's...we raced a couple nights ago, and he won by about a car length and a half damn his boost and light-*** car

after converting my times here they are:
13.5@106
13.9@94
14.38@98 (missed a shift here)
13.81@102
yay! hahaha overall very happy with my crappy times, not bad for a 97 GT noob!
my 60 foot times were: 2.33, 2.497, 2.397, and 2.382
