Default Eibach Anti-Roll Sway Bar Kit.....

So i bought the Eibach Anti-Roll Sway Bar Kit from american muscle. Went to get it installed today and turns out i dont have the proper hardware to install the rear swaybar. Then I started reading the fine print. Apparently since my car never came with an rear swaybar I have to purchase the rear sway bar clip separately. No where on the american muscle website does it say that i need to buy a clip for the rear end if you have a v6 mustang.

American Muscle is supposed to call me back Monday. Hopefully I can get this figured out.

It would have at least been nice to know that I needed extra equipment to install the sway bar kit.

Unless they just packaged the wrong hardware in the kit because the front hardware kits says its for SN95, V6 V8 94>

and the rear hardware kit says Fox, V6 and V8, 79><93

so either Eibach goofed and packaged the wrong hardware in the kit

or AM never specified that I needed additional hardware to make this work on my car.

Hopefully I can get this resolved in a timely manner. Just pisses me off that I couldnt install it today.

Fairly certain I did get the correct anti roll bars since the part number matches up.

I think they sent you the wrong thing.

I'm a lil drunk but if I recall all the stuff was similar in the v6 rear as to the 98 cobra rear when I installed it. The only thing that was different was the quad shocks.

They more than likely sent you the right part. The GT and the V6 both use the same lower control arms however the V6 never came with a sway bar. Eibach is assuming that the sway bar will be used as an upgrade to the stock GT sway bar so they don't include the hardware. I remember reading that from one of the sites when I was looking to buy one.

I am almost certain I got the wrong hardware. because the hardware doesnt even match what its supposed to be for a GT
