The 96 Z/28 I test drove gave me the impression that the steering column was somehow connected to the rear. The Mustang may be slower, but damn it is so much more fun to drive!

I've owned a 73,78,96 and a 2000 SS.All of them were fun to drive but always have alot of problems.Unlike Mustangs you are kinda limited to what you can do for looks.Unless it's an older one say 73-67 I can't hardly stand them anymore and the prices for a decent 69 is crazy.I think the years from 83 to the last ones made are ugly as hell anymore even though I did own 2 of them.
One good thing is Chevy parts are alot cheaper to buy and you can get some great HP increases without spending too much.My SS was fast as hell with only a CAI and full exhaust but I love the 99-04 Mustangs body style so much more and they are alot more reliable and the doors are'nt ready to fall off in a year.

Totally agree Great engine crappy car. I love pushrods as much as the next person but the problems are very noticable. You really cant mod them untill you fix all the problems such as the knock sensor. And right now my friends 94 Z28 just cant cut it like it used to because of electrical and engine problems. Did I mention they are a PITA to repair you have to pretty much take the passenger side header off to comfortably change spark plugs. I love my Mustang so much more fun to drive.
