I've been around here for a long time, (my account got deleted, but I've been here since april/may '05) and you learn to judge people pretty well over time. V6_mp was a good kid, but he was just that, a kid that was still spoonfed by his parents, knew nothing about life and nothing about working hard for what he had. That's what made him an arrogant little ****.
This is actually pretty cool though, seeing a good base finally being rebuilt on this forum. We've finally got some good guys coming in to fill some of the voids from when others left. (Grimmz, DSDaddy, MachnJo, Teal_Beast, Monkeh, Jeredan, Greg, Shambles, floppy, whitethunder46, etc etc..)

I'm pretty sure MachnJo still posts on M1R, but I'm not on there much anymore so I don't know for sure. DSDaddy just dropped off of the mat, I ghosted the boards for a while before joining so I knew about them, Foncarelli, Jeredan and Shambles...but that's about it. I wish some of the admins from M1R, YMR, SMR, RMR, and the other registries would post on here more often because they're some knowledgable folks, and searching all of the independant forums takes too much time and effort to get opinions, answers, and learn new tips and tricks for whatever.

people come and go, thats for sure. its always interesting to see the waves of new members and usually get some cool ones, some that are total shitbags like asshat who started this thread, and then every now and then we get somone like Mixedbreed or Street who manage to stir things up a bit.

I signed onto another Mustang forum before this one, but I only made like 4 posts. I just happen to favor this forum over the others that I merely lurk on. I like the people on this forum much, much better. You guys have a much better sense of humor, are willing to joke around and be serious when it is needed. I know I can put up a picture of my car and get an honest opinion instead of people on other forums who will tell you your car looks wonderful when it really looks like **** because they are too scared to make you cry. I think what it boils down to is that since this is a small forum, it is easier for us to 'get to know' each other and to know how to take one another. Some people just seem like douchebags who take things too seriously and luckily, most of you guys don't seem to be that way at all. And it is pretty easy to weed out those who are.
I don't think there's one person on this forum that I can think of off the top of my head that posts regularly that I don't like. Plus, this forum seems to be void of all those stupid little internet cliques on most Mustang forums where if you don't have (insert number here) mod amounts, then you're not important.
You guys don't suck. Take that as a compliment coming from me.
