So the predator is locked, ok, minor problem, I didn't pay $400 bucks for it so meh. So I've been trying to talk to some reps or someone over there since I got the friggin thing..

1. They won't take it and do a retune for cash due to " security issues " so I'm thinking "wtf last tune installed is stock HP tune, not the diablo tune, why don't you take "STOCK" out of the damned tune name if its not actually stock.

2. Their customer service sucks more *** then Martha Stewart on a good day.. waited 30 minutes on hold with some annoying *** recording with "please hold all of our represenatives are busy with other customers bla bla bla bal bla" and then it starts dialing again, and I get a friggin answering machine..

This is going beyond aggrivating me..

I can see a point to not taking a predator and doing a retune or w/e.. but i'm not asking for a mail tune i'm like "i'll send you the fu**er and you can look at it"

But I don't understand why someone on their forums can't answer me about a buy back program, why they can't answer an email that I sent a week ago, and why the hell they can't answer a phone call..

Thumbs down to diablo.
