This is a rant... I'm pretty pissed... I cant wait til summer... I hate this school...
All you guys thinking about going into the field of engineering may come to consider attending NJIT... DON'T!... It sucks... ***...
The school governing sucks... the teachers suck, the classes suck, the location sucks, the students are a bunch of p brained nerds and they suck TOO!
Half (if that) the teachers here cant speak english... ha ha! If someone wanted to to teach elementry school they need to get a teaching degree for elementry teaching. If some1 wanted to teach hike school they'd need several more teaching degrees. If you want to teach at NJIT you need to graduate... WTF
So there are a few teachers here that teach well... and there is some who cant even speak english...
So NJIT decided to cut the budget and raise tuition so they get more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in their pockets... so we'll be left with the ****ty teachers...
Then they require mechanical and civil engineers to take stupid coarses such as PE, retard liberal history (where ya learn about crao such as high school history and all the wonderfull things that all the minorities achieve), chem and computer science. WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO USE C++ and MATLAB!?!?!?!
oh yeh... food sucks too... the food at our school costs a furtune... the food company that cooks, buys etc etc etc the food is know as GSD. GSD is the comany that takes care of the food at NEWARK COUNTY PRISON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well... take a tour at our school if you dare! The school is not far from the projects and ghetto of newark... and many of the students appear to have come straight from a 50 cent music video. Others look as if they may blow up at any given time and then theres the cocky lil asian kids who enjoy playing DDR and watching anime ****. a very small percentage look like they belong at a highly regarded engineering school. oh yeh... and there is only a good 10 and a half female students... the rest are incredibly ugly creatures fro the distant universe GAG CHOKE PUKE!
this is the best... at our technology school... we have elavators which break and are notorious for gettin stuck with people in them as well as going into momentary periods of FREEFALL! not to mention are network goes down every day as does the internet and email etc etc etc...
FURTHER... NJIT has the highest percentage of DEPRESSED students...
so if you are considering NJIT, do your self a favor and discontinue any thought of the school... Cause if you come here you will either consider suicide, drink yourself to death, or just be in an everyday pissed off depressed mood...

That's pretty much how I feel about my school. I hate it. I tried to transfer all last semester but I guess I figured it wouldn't be better anywhere else and I can't afford anything else. And mechanical engineering is absolutely no fun at all.

Well if you guys dont think mechanical engineering ciriculum is fun, chances are you wont like your job either. I have my ME degree and didnt mind school, but I am in sales because I couldnt handle the same old same old boring crap every day being an ME, that and the money is WAY better in sales.

just come down to FSU and all your problems will be taken care of, and if they're not, theres always hot girls and tons of booze to bury yourself in a bottle for the entire semester... LOL

I go to NJIT as well...
Its a total ****hole. Nobody speaks English, the Indians who monitor the desk don't wear deodorant, and driving through Newark at night puts your life at stake.
I hate that place, 1st year is finally over.
