We went from, look at this chrome lambo, to "is it legal?", to "rap sucks", to "no country sucks", to "no greg sucks", to "greg sucks just as much as rap and country"

i used to only be into rap..but lately ive been appreciating all types of music... its ridiculous to say that all rap is retarded because there are some rappers who actually say intelligent things and aren't complete idiots... nas, jay-z, talib kweli to name a few. that being said... a lot of the new **** out sucks.. i cant stand the southern rappers because most of them say absolutely nothing, i guess im rambling but what i'm trying to say is be open minded... it seems you are big on completely stereotyping everything such as
everyone from new york is a dick and ny should burn down and every girl in a club has an std and is a *****...

Rap is my FAV

But i can agree with Greg about how MOST girls at the clubs are skanks...80% of them ARE...and they are easy as hell to.... but U can find that at ANY type of club..not just RAP based clubs....

Well as far as the original start of this thread..I think chrome cars are illegal in the US. I remember in 96 when they had the Olympics in Atlanta they had chrome trucks driving all around for the opening show and they talked about them being illegal. It would be cool but damn windshields on big trucks blind me as it already is.

And the rap thing...wow Greg you have some pretty lame comments in there. It seems like you only take the little bit that you have probably heard and run with it and assume that all rap is like that. In most cases rap is about the persons life and situations they dealt with growing up. Others are mearly for your enjoyment and to get you crunk and Lil John says. Obviously they are doing something right if they have enough money to chrome out a Lambo and have 4 or more houses with a dozen cars. I would rap about stupid crap if I get to have toys like that. Rap will be around forever because many people think it is an artform and a way to express themselves. Also with the growing black population do you honestly think it will dissappear?

The skanky club thing with STDs Greg...that is ridiculous...yes they are out there but welcome to Earth. Wholesome virgins go to clubs and not just to find some guy to hook up with. I knew girls that went to church but went to clubs on the weekend just to have a good time and hang out with friends and enjoy the music and company of others. Yes they could do that at church and enjoy the church music lol..but c'mon. I go to clubs from time to time but more recently bars. I find myself a decent looking guy and have yet to have some skank come hit on me and try to give me an STD. I go to have a good time with friends and throw back a few drinks...just like girls do. Open your eyes a little bit Greg and realize there is more than what you are making yourself see. It is like you have your "I'm a bitch" goggles on and complain about everything except the life you live and you think everything should be like that.

And country music...you could take many country songs and make them into rap...C'mon now...Honky Tonk Badonkadonk? And Danny you said country music is not depressing..HELL most of them I hear are about someones dog dying, girl leaving, dad dying, friend getting killed by a drunk driver, cheating women, etc. How the hell is that uplifting? I listen to country from time to time and enjoy quite a bit of it as long as it is not whiny twangy crap.

Don't bash rap when country music has taken a huge turn. Kenny Chesney and Nelly? HELLOOOOOOO!! You bash Rap and praise country yet the two collaberate to form huge hits.

You guys complain and whine about the most petty things. I am glad I am not one of your real life friends because I would probably slap some sense into most of you. The End.

I don't like rap. Not my taste. It's not about *****, ****, and *****. It's not about a cincinatti boe-tie, dirty sanchez....**** stained *****. Come on. Only 98%.

i know i'm comming in kinda late on this.....but damn to say all rap is dumb is retarded. I personally don't listen to "rap". I listen to "hip-hop". What's the difference?!?!?! Rap= 50 cent, jadakiss, fat joe, lil jon, jay-z(nowa days) ect....you know stuff you hear on the radio. Hip-hop= Little Brother, Dead Prez, De La Soul, Dilated Peoples, Common, The Roots, Talib Kweli, High & Mighty ect. These guys have loads of talent, Play instruments, have something to say, and don't get any credit. The Roots has a whole band and pump out some jams. Their bass player actually plays for Incubus now. But you will never hear these guys on the radio becuase that's not what people want to hear. BET won't play my fav. group Little Brother because they bash the rap scene and don't like the way it's portrayed. Which in this thread is shown how some people see "rap" and the rap scene. If you actually dig there is some really good music and atmosphere in that genre. I don't knock commercial rap though because when i want to dance you better believe i'm throwin on some lil jon or something. But it's not something that i play on a regular basis. If you want some good hip hop then i suggest checking out some of those guys I mentioned. One of the best recent albums is "The Minstrel Show" from little brother. Go on amazon and see the ratings and listen to the clips. It really opens eyes.

as far as the chrome lambo......i think it's sick whether its illegal or not. I like it. If i had the chips....i'd do it. Just to have it.

in order to chrome something don't you have to dip the metal into several different solutions?

i dont think you can do that to a car... i dont even think that you can remove the body panels on those...

well apparently you can, his cars new 0-60... eventually, with a total weight of 7000 lbs...

lol
