Hey I found a diablo sport tuner real cheap but the guy doesnt know if it will fit my year. He said the date on it is sept 26 2004. I dont know if that means anything but I heard you can reprogram and tuner to work for your car. Is that true? He said its used for a mustang but just does not know what years.

 

What year is your mustang? What year mustang does the other guy have? There should be a model number on the tuner somewhere and if it's not on the actual tuner I believe that if he plugs it into his car there is model info in the tuner programming. Once you have that info call Diablo and ask them if the model number you have fits your car.

If you buy it, make sure the guy plugs the tuner into his car and returns his tune back to stock. If he doesn't do this the tuner will be locked and will not work on your car.
