Exclamation V-6 Conversion to GT

My buddy is looking for me to change his v-6 over to the gt motor along with the exhaust. Has anyone done this and don't say just get the gt becuase I already tried telling him that but he wants to do it this way. Ive heard of people doing it this way before, so I know i can do it. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.

use the search function. someone not too long ago listed a crapload of stuff ya would need to do the conversion. i thought of doing the conversion till i saw how much stuff was needed. he'll save thousands w/just buying a GT. it's crazy. if i come across the post i'll repost it here, but try the search function first...

yeah if he wants a GT just take anything he bought for the sixer off and put it on the GT (for whatever will work on both) which will save money and time. Not sure what year he is looking for but you can find a used GT all over the place and with good millage.

Do it if you have a parts car. Everything you need will be on the parts car.

it's not hard but there are a lot of pieces. Have at least a couple weeks to pull it all off. It'll be spendy...
