i just looked that up cause i know wnracing would correct me if i was wrong and i came across this list

different ages of consent...when you think about it its pretty funny stuff...i mean...who gives these legislatures the right to decide who bangs who and when? i found it interestin that in virginia you have to be 18 to boink but in west virginia you have to be 16..(kinda makes me wonder what made the lawdogs in west virginia go younger..hmmmm...which judge slipped up?)

LOL @ Age of consent.

Legally, it is allowed if both are under the age of 18, but over the age of 16 (from memory). If there is more than a 2 year age difference, or the person is over 18.. then.. its not allowed..
