2002 gt side scoops and hood scoop question.

Is there anyway to get ride of the black honeycomb things thats in the scoop and side scoops?

the side scoops black honeycomb part just snaps in and out...however be careful not to break the tabs.

Oh so i can just like slowly remove it with a flathead screw driver or something. And what tabs are you talking about?

The black honey combed part is just an insert. there are tabs on it that you can't see that help it "snap" into the sidescoop hole.

are you planing on painting them or something?

naw i just wanted to see if it would look better without them but i didnt know i would have to paint the whole insides of them.
