I have a few returns that I sent back on 5/18 and still haven't rec'd credit... Can you please check into this? One of the RMA #'s is 418091.

A couple of things to know -- how did you send them back? If you used a tracking number, please provide it in the email.

If you don't have a tracking number, there's not much I can look into What I can tell you is this: we allow 10 business days to process the return.

I think we've talked a couple times on the phone. Last week you said you had received them... UPS says they were dropped off 5/22, that makes today 10 business days (taking Memorial Day into account).
