Man, I am about fed up with this ****.. I have a first shipment 360, and already have had the red lights of doom once.. After emailing xbox and getting little to no response I finally called and they told me that it would be $150 to service it.. Ha! I don't ****in' think so.. I argued with them and finally got them down to $75 and free shipping.. I still wasn't happy about that..
Now, this.. Damned thing won't play ANYTHING, games (xbox or 360), dvd's, cd's.. Nothing..
This is nucking futs..

I dunno about you guys...or maybe its because I havnt dumped any tuning parts into my first car (What can I say...I'm not gonna waste $$ on parts for an Audi TT that I dont plan on keeping forever), but I find the turning and braking to be quite sluggish.
Maybe its because I'm used to Gran Turismo 3, but the turning in this game just doesnt feel that responsive. Iono, maybe its just gonna take some time to get used to a bit more. That and this Audi seems to be craptastic.

Yeah, its much more solid now that you upgrade and actually brake going in, coast, and then accel going out. Makes more sense...
Like I said earlier, I was a little more used to GT (and the most unrealistic sim, NFS) and was wondering why it always seemed sluggish when turning.

I'm level 27 now. Recently purchased cars: 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo, 06 ZO6, 2000 Mustang Saleen S281. The ZO6 is stock, 911 has about 600hp so far and the Saleen has around 650hp.

level 18 now...i built up the 03 goldstrund vette for the all motor race...i have got to say that the vette is a damn nice handling car in this game!! i have like 550hp...no slicks either and i can keep traction...top speed for 214mph...0-60 in a slow 4.2...slicks helps there

Yeah that Guldstrand Vette is pretty nice. I had to paint it though cause teh gold was hideous.

Well, Im without my xbox for a couple of weeks.. Thank-God that I called today, because my 90-day extended warranty was just about gone..
The support there sucks, but they are actually taking care of me good this time, without complaint.. Free Repair, Free shipping, an extra 90-day warranty when I get it back, and they are going to let me put a 1-yr warranty on it for $24.99 .
I guess all-in-all no biggie..

well i packed up my 360 in the suitcase. prolly wont play for another month or 2. the lingenfelter vette is too much. i left the motor alone and just added suspension and sport tires and there is no traction at all it gets loose too easy. i stopped at level 24...

Adjust your suspension?
Seriously...I was playing around w/ my Lotus Exige and found a tire pressure/brake combo w/ a lowered suspension that lets me fly around The Ring.
Frankly as far as im concerned, the only track that any car should be tested on is the ring
.
