Not owing $10K. I was very concerned about that too.

The past 4 years I've ended up owing 5-10K between state and federal. This time I banked a few grand from the feds and a couple hundred from the state. Wooo hoooo.

Ran right out and bought myself a new torque wrench and a dremel with all the fixins. Little present to myself for managing to finally nail my witholding after so much trial and (expensive) error.

EDIT: Note to those married peeps among us... make sure you withold extra if your spouse works. We had to try combo after combo to get it to come out right and it looks like I'll have to tune it a bit more to bring home that few grand the feds were kind enough to care for (interest free) over the last year.
