Well the time has come that i'm getting rid of the mustang! It's been hard all afternoon today to stip it and make it stock again, but i've sold a few parts already to friends. The reason for doing so is i've constantly got peoples attention with the car being soo loud and always standing out and drawing too much attention so i'm letting her go. Also the fact i keep gettin tickets for dumb things like excessive noise and and warnings for other minor BS. As for the good I baught a brand new 2007 Black f-150...overall i'm much happier with the truck since i can do whatever and dont have to worry about have cops attention all the time. Dont worry tho i'll be getting a Fox or SN95 to build in the spring tho.

 

That sucks to hear that you are letting her go. I know what you mean about the cops getting on your *** for excessive noise. I use to get that a lot in VA Beach. Only got warnings though, maybe cause of my out state tag. Good luck with the sale.

It has been really hard today just thinking about how Friday night will be the last night i drive it...even tho it's going to be stock. The only thing thats going to bother me is if i see it around town and whoever has it doesnt take care of it as good as i did. Also i'm going to laugh at them and let them in on how the car had been beatin on badly and had the snot sprayed out of it!! LOL As for the sale of the car....It's jus going back into the Hands of my now Ex girlfriend since it was refiananced in her name, but i had possesion of the car and beat on it all the time. Oh well i got something I like a bit more now even tho i'll want another stang soon!

Jack, you are correct...she baught it...I drove the hell out of it for a year and a peice since she's got a '00 gt she drives. About 4 1/2 months ago she packed up and walked out with a guy from work....soo these past 4 months have been brutal on the Stang!! lol

Yes...she is going to get suprised by the drop since she doesnt even know it's coming and my roomate and I are cleaning it up Saturday and then 2am Sunday morning were going to her parents house with it and leaving it with all the paperwork taped to the front door of the house...more amusement for me since her parents dont know she owns the Stang.....sucks for her now.

i dont see whats the problem. If the cars too loud, why not just put cats on it? It seems dumb that you are selling it just because its too loud. There are plenty of legal pipes that still sound loud. Just today I had a bassani x pipe w/ cats installed with 2 FM super 40s, the whole rear of my car shakes from it!

 

Now that's funny. I don't care who you are! LOL

 

CCM, What I ment by taking care of it like i did was keeping it spotless...you never saw the car dirty at all and I wont be able to stanf it if i see somone else with it and it's all nasty looking like most mustangs in my area.

CobraStang161, as for it being loud....No Cats and No mufflers=more HP on the dyno and better topend...even better on Nitrous too!!

Jack, I cant be that mean! lol She screwed me over after 2 1/2 years so i'll screw her over after 4 1/2 months.
