Default X303 cam

Hey guys got a question. Just bought a 91 LX coupe, I have a set of stock ported headds with stock valves and an X303 cam from another project that I had. If I run these heads and cam on my stock 91 am I going to run into a piston to valve clearance issue?

I believe that your pistons have to notched to make a x303 cam work and also for this cam you have to a great # of mods. I would just go with the E Cam cause it will clear your pistons and will have a nice idle sound.
