Default Make your own MIL eliminators???

I have heard of people making there own MIL by using a resistor and a capacitor. Does anybody know where exaclty to find how to make them? Will they only work on mustangs or other makes as well?

I used to make them and sell them on eBay. Here are the instructions that I used to make mine. I never used the PC board and kinda did a variation of these.
