I dunno but in like 10 days I guess everyones cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketers but theres a number you can call and it blocks that number.

I got that info from my dads work. They all carry their work phones ect and having a telemarketer calling your work phone can be bad for business..
Apparently they will be able to call, and you will be charged for it. The memo says:
"REMINDER ...11 days from today, all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sales calls.
..... YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS" "
